All meeting and special event registrations, changes and substitutions must now be made at the on-site registration counters located in Lobby B of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and open during the following dates and times:

REGISTRATION TYPES
Full Conference: Includes admittance to the opening reception on Tuesday and to all educational sessions on Wednesday and Thursday, access to the exhibit hall Tuesday-Thursday, and the ETA / Discover Party on Wednesday. Admittance to any events listed in the Special Events chart requires additional fees. Please note: Full Conference Exhibitors will be given extended access to the exhibit hall.
One Day Only (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday): A one day only registration includes admittance to educational sessions, social events, and the exhibit hall only for the day selected. Admittance to any events listed in the Special Events chart requires additional fees. An attendee may register for only ONE of the daily rates. Admittance into educational sessions or the exhibit hall for more than one day requires a Full Conference registration.
Attending ONLY Compliance Day, EMV Day, or selected ETA University course(s): The aforementioned are separate events scheduled in conjunction with the Annual Meeting and require an additional fee. Attendees may choose to register for one of these special events ONLY or IN ADDITION to the Annual Meeting. Attendees registered for one of these 3 special events only will be given access to sessions scheduled only for that event or course. Admission into any additional Annual Meeting events, including the Opening Reception in the exhibit hall on Tuesday evening, requires a Full Conference or One Day Only registration.
Attending ONLY Investment Community Forum or Mobile Payment Innovations 2013: The aforementioned are separate events scheduled in conjunction with the Annual Meeting and require an additional fee. Attendees may choose to register for one of these special events ONLY or IN ADDITION to the Annual Meeting. Attendees registered for one of these 2 special events only will be given access to sessions scheduled for that event and the Opening Reception in the exhibit hall on Tuesday evening. Admission into any additional Annual Meeting events requires a Full Conference or One Day Only registration.
Registration Cancellation / Refund / Substitution Policy: Written notice of cancellation received by ETA headquarters on or before Monday, April 8, 2013 will result in a refund of fees paid less a $50 processing fee. Please submit cancellation requests to: Registration@electran.org. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after April 8. Substitutions are encouraged and should be submitted using the substitution request form. No-shows are non-refundable. The deadline for substitutions in advance is Monday, April 15, 2013. After that date, all substitutions must be made on-site.
